Team Focus

At 11U, we emphasize:

Hitting: approach, timing, hard contact, pitch recognition, and competing in every at-bat.
Defense: footwork, glove work, throwing accuracy, communication, and making plays under pressure.
Pitching/Catching: strike throwing, repeatable mechanics, pitch sequencing basics, receiving, blocking, and leadership.
Baserunning & Baseball IQ: aggressive but smart baserunning, situational awareness, and thinking one play ahead.
Team Culture: effort, coachability, accountability, sportsmanship, and supporting teammates.

Season Overview

The 11U Flyers participate in winter training, spring/summer practices, league games, and selected tournaments. The goal is to challenge players with stronger competition while continuing to develop skills, confidence, and team-first habits.

A Good Fit for the Flyers

We are looking for players who love baseball, want to improve, compete with energy, respond well to coaching, and are ready to be part of a committed team environment.
