Flyers 9U

Team Focus

At 8U-9U, we emphasize:

Fundamentals: throwing, catching, fielding, footwork, and making routine plays.
Hitting: balanced swings, timing, contact, and building confidence at the plate.
Pitching/Catching: basic mechanics, strike throwing, receiving, blocking, and learning the pace of the game.
Baserunning & Baseball IQ: smart, aggressive baserunning and understanding game situations.
Team Culture: effort, coachability, sportsmanship, and being a great teammate.

Season Overview

The 9U Flyers participate in practices, league games, selected tournaments, and development-focused training. The goal is to give players quality reps, introduce them to travel baseball expectations, and help them grow in a positive, competitive environment.

A Good Fit for the Flyers

We are looking for players who enjoy baseball, want to improve, listen to coaching, compete with energy, and bring a positive attitude to practices and games.
