Flyers 10U
Team Focus
Hitting: balanced swings, timing, hard contact, and confidence at the plate.
Defense: footwork, glove work, throwing accuracy, and making routine plays.
Pitching/Catching: strike throwing, repeatable mechanics, receiving, blocking, and leadership.
Baserunning & Baseball IQ: smart decisions, aggressive play, and understanding game situations.
Team Culture: effort, coachability, sportsmanship, and supporting teammates.
Season Overview
The 10U Flyers participate in winter training, spring/summer practices, league games, and selected tournaments. The goal is to give players meaningful reps, competitive games, and consistent instruction throughout the season.
